Abstract: The Panamanian government has signed a contract with a mining company which will lead to an exploitation off Cerro Colorado, significantly harming the large Indigenous population. Toxins from mining is likely to do much harm, and mining itself is a serious threat to the Noble-Bugle peoples way of life.
